About Catherine Ballantyne

Cate completed her Bachelor of Psychological Sciences with Honours degree at Bond University in 2017 and her Master of Clinical Psychology degree at Griffith University (Gold Coast) in 2019. Cate was born on the Gold Coast, and returned here to study after a number of years living in the UK.

Cate has an interest in positive psychology and the positive personal attributes that support good mental health in day-to-day life. She has worked with adults who have experienced acute and chronic health issues, adolescents, and young children.

Cate enjoys spending time with her family, and friends, playing the piano, and baking. She is happiest with a cup of tea and a good book.
