I am a provisionally registered psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology and Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Bond University. I also have a Bachelor of Business, with Distinction, in Human Resources Management and an extensive human resources background before transitioning into psychology. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan with various presentations including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, behavioural and anger issues, ADHD, Autism, mood disorders, interpersonal issues, coping with grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma. I also have experience completing cognitive and psychometric assessments.
My approach is to provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to navigate through their challenges, develop insights and build skills to move towards their therapy goals. I draw upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion focussed therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based practices.
Outside of clinic, I enjoy good food with family and friends, travel, movies, Pilates, and watching kid’s sports.
