Molly offers a reflective, flexible and compassionate approach to therapy, grounded in the understanding that people are shaped by the stories they carry about themselves, their relationships, and their experiences. She works integratively, drawing upon evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
Molly works with individuals across the lifespan experiencing anxiety, low mood, self-criticism, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, and adjustment challenges. Her focus is on supporting clients to develop insight, flexibility, and a sense of authorship over their own lives, approaching therapy as a collaborative and evolving process shaped by each client’s goals, history and context.
