Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults across a myraid of public and private therapeutic and research settings, including Queensland Health Adult, Child and Youth Mental Health Services and the Veterans and Veterans Families Counselling Service (VVCS).
Sarah has committed to advanced training in the psychotherapy of mood and emotion-regulation difficulties. A focus of her work has been on supporting young people to heal their pain, develop the inner resilience to weather emotional storms, and realise their potential.
Sarah has a quiet, gentle, empathic style, seeking to understand and nurture each individual through a compassionate, individually-tailored, attachment-based approach. Deep listening and mindful connection are valued in a warm, safe, accepting space.
