Hannah Humphris is a dedicated Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with the Psychology Board of Australia. She is passionate about providing client-centred, trauma-informed care to individuals across the lifespan, and has experience working with people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
Hannah has worked with a wide range of psychological presentations, including difficulties with emotional regulation, anxiety and depression, stress, behavioural challenges, interpersonal difficulties, adjustment issues, and neurodivergent presentations. She is particularly focused on supporting clients to develop insight, build adaptive coping strategies, and enhance their emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing primarily from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Hannah works collaboratively with clients to tailor interventions to their unique needs and goals, fostering a therapeutic space characterised by warmth, respect, and safety.
Hannah is committed to walking alongside her clients on their journey toward growth and resilience, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.
Outside of her clinical work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her high-energy Kelpie, being outdoors, and connecting with friends and family.
