Erin holds a Master of Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), and she is a current member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Erin is a clinical psychologist with experience working across the lifespan in both private practice, community outpatient, and inpatient settings. She also has experience completing diagnostic and cognitive assessments, with a passion for supporting individuals navigate a neurodivergent diagnosis as an adult.
Her therapy style focuses on providing a non-judgmental therapeutic space and believes in working collaboratively with individuals to support their needs in therapy, with a strong emphasis on unconditional positive regard. To provide this person-centered approach, Erin draws from a range of evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness strategies, Motivational Interviewing techniques, DBT skills, and schema therapy to facilitate personal growth. She has also completed specific training for non-directive perinatal counselling support and is currently completing EMDR training.
Erin enjoys working with motivated individuals who take ownership of their therapy journey and treatment with her guidance, with a particular interest in anxiety and anxiety related disorders (e.g., OCD), ADHD, trauma and complex trauma, relationship issues, stress, and emotion regulation.
