Madison believes that understanding and managing these interconnected parts of ourselves is essential to healing and growth. She honours the uniqueness of each person’s story and works in a tailored, holistic way to support clients in navigating their experiences with compassion and clarity.
Madison’s clinical experience includes providing therapy across the lifespan including adults, older adults, adolescents, children and their families. She has a particular interest in working with trauma, emotional regulation, anxiety and depression, and navigating identity difficulties.
She has experience in conducting cognitive and psychological assessments.
Madison’s practice is best described as an integrative approach and is informed by modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema mode Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness.
Outside of the clinic, Madison enjoys listening to music, reading, cooking elaborate meals and watching a good film or tv show.
